Last week we celebrated my little pumpkin's first birthday! It was a sweet day celebrating my baby love. We went with a Halloween theme (poor kid will have to deal with that one most likely forever) with a focus on pumpkins. Essentially, we decorated the house with our usual Halloween decorations, and bought a small patches worth of pumpkins and partially themed the food. It was fun! Here are pictures of the details!

My sister made this amazing snake sandwich. There were several variations included but the basic premise is meat and cheese baked into bread dough and then shaped and painted like a snake. Amazing.
